• Respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Comply with all applicable tax laws
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Prohibited Content

You may not sell or distribute:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Malware, viruses, or malicious software
• Stolen or pirated materials
• Content promoting violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

Fees and Payments

MONETIZED operates on a performance-based pricing model:

• No upfront costs or monthly fees
• Commission charged on successful sales
• Fee structure provided in your seller dashboard
• Payment processing fees may apply
• Payments processed according to your payout schedule

Buyer Terms

Purchases

When making purchases, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Only purchase products you have the right to access
• Not share or redistribute purchased digital products
• Use products only for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless otherwise specified)

Refunds

Due to the nature of Digital Products, all sales are completely final once the product has been successfully delivered and accessed, No refunds can be possibly initiated.

Intellectual Property

Platform Content

MONETIZED's platform, including design, logo, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant us a license to:

• Display and promote your products on the platform
• Process and deliver products to customers
• Use product information for platform analytics
• Create promotional materials featuring your products (with permission)

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans
• Use automated systems (bots) without authorization
• Manipulate ratings or reviews
• Sell fake or counterfeit products

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service "As Is"

MONETIZED is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for content provided by sellers. Quality, accuracy, and legality of third-party products are the seller's responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MONETIZED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MONETIZED harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the platform.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact our support team to resolve disputes amicably.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations.
